New Delhi: PR Pundit Havas Red has announced the launch of the fourth edition of Alchemy, its flagship PR case study challenge aimed at emerging communications professionals across India. The initiative is supported by Comms News and Reputation Today.
Over the past three editions, Alchemy has evolved into a recognised platform for strategic thinking and applied problem-solving in communications, attracting participation from young professionals across brands, corporates and leading consultancies including Edelman, MSL, Adfactors PR and Avian WE.
The challenge has previously featured jury members from organisations such as Tata Passenger Electric Mobility, Crocs India and United Colors of Benetton India, among others.
With the communications industry navigating rapid cultural shifts, technological disruption, evolving audience behaviour and fragmented attention spans, Alchemy Season 4 aims to build sharper and more culturally attuned communication professionals equipped to tackle modern brand and reputation challenges.
As part of the competition, participating teams will respond to a live situational brief requiring the development of an integrated communications strategy. Entries will be evaluated by a jury comprising senior leaders from marketing, branding and corporate communications across industries.

Commenting on the launch, Archana Jain, Founder and CEO, PR Pundit Havas Red, said, “Four editions in, Alchemy is no longer just a competition – it is a mirror the industry holds up to its own future. Each season, we have been energised by the calibre of thinking young practitioners bring: bold, insight-led, and strategically grounded. As communications, marketing and culture continue to converge, our ambition with Season 4 is to nurture a generation of communicators who will define the industry’s future.”
The top three winning teams will receive access to PRAXIS India Weekend 2026, one of India’s leading reputation management forums. In addition, the best-performing team will earn an all-expense-paid opportunity to attend an international communications conference. Winners of the 2025 edition attended PRAXIS MENA 2026 in Abu Dhabi earlier this year.
Alchemy is open to PR practitioners aged 30 years or below who are residents of India. Participants can apply in two-member teams from agencies, brands, corporates or cross-sector combinations through self-nomination.
Applications can be submitted through the official website or via email, with entries closing on June 5, 2026.
