Publicis One has promoted Aditya Rao to head of performance media for Performics. He was previously the director of client solutions, planning and research and works within Publicis Media since 2013.
Since joining Performics a year ago, Aditya has led the digital solutions team, groomed digital resources across the group, and had specific responsibilities of driving digital operational excellence across the agency through systematic processes as well as enhanced agency digital capabilities and increase digital performance of client marketing budgets amongst others.
Aditya brings with him 8 years of media experience from across Malaysia and India. He will drive and support the growth of client brands under Performics and seek new measure to maximise their success in the marketplace.
