Bengaluru: Punt Partners, through its product ShelfRadar.AI, has joined Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network (CPN), becoming part of a global ecosystem of technology companies deploying Claude AI for enterprise customers. ShelfRadar has been selected among the inaugural cohort of partners worldwide under the network’s Services Track, which was launched on June 3, 2026.
The partnership marks a strategic milestone for Punt Partners as it looks to expand AI-led decision intelligence capabilities for brands operating across India’s rapidly evolving quick commerce ecosystem.
Built natively on Claude’s API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure, ShelfRadar.AI is designed as a decision intelligence platform that helps consumer brands navigate the operational complexity of selling across quick commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart. Moving beyond traditional analytics dashboards, the platform functions as an answer engine by synthesising multiple data points spanning darkstore availability, warehouse inventory, organic and paid visibility, and promotional activity to deliver actionable business decisions in significantly shorter timeframes.
With quick commerce emerging as a high-speed and increasingly competitive channel for FMCG and D2C brands in India, managing fragmented data across platforms, micro-markets, pricing shifts and inventory fluctuations has become more challenging. ShelfRadar addresses this challenge by combining proprietary listing data across dark stores in India with brand-owned sales and operational datasets, processed through an agentic AI layer capable of planning, coding and visualising responses to complex cross-platform business queries.

Commenting on the development, Madhu Sudhan, Co-founder of Punt Partners, said, “Quick commerce has created a data problem that dashboards are poorly equipped to solve. The answer to why a brand lost revenue on a Tuesday in Bengaluru is never on one screen – it is buried in the intersection of inventory, pricing, competitor action, and visibility. That is the problem ShelfRadar was built to solve. Being part of Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network enables us to bring the power of Claude’s cutting edge models to our client’s decisioning problem statements.”

Kumar, CTO of ShelfRadar, said, “ShelfRadar was built from the ground up on Claude’s infrastructure – from our agentic decision engine to the MCP integration that lets brands query their data in natural language. This partnership gives us access to Anthropic’s frontier capabilities, certified technical practices, and a global network of companies pushing the boundaries of enterprise AI deployment.”
Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network in March 2026 with a strategic investment commitment of $100 million aimed at strengthening its partner ecosystem through specialised training, technical support, certifications and collaborative go-to-market initiatives.
The network’s Services Track specifically focuses on organisations building and deploying Claude-powered enterprise solutions, positioning ShelfRadar among a select group of global partners shaping the future of AI-driven business decision-making.
