Chennai : ‘K’ Series airing on Tamil Satellite Channel “Puthuyugam” during weekdays Monday to Friday at 7 pm has successfully brought famous Korean Serials and achieved a great support from the audience.
After the successful completion of Popular Korean series such as ‘Boys over Flowers’, ‘Greatest Love’, ‘Iris’ and ‘Playful Kiss’, “Puthuyugam” is bringing in “Coffee Prince” for the Tamil audience in India for the first time. The next segment of the Korean series will commence on 14th October 2014.
“Coffee Prince” is a romantic entertainer with a twists and turns is expected to be a visual treat for youngsters and urban household audience. The story of Coffee Prince revolves around Harry a coffee shop owner and his staff Sammy.
Harry is pressured by his grandmother and parents to get into his family business and to get married. But Harry offers to start his own coffee shop and prove himself.
Being without a father and as the eldest daughter in her family Sammy is the breadwinner. Working as a delivery assistant and by doing various part-time jobs, she takes care of her mother and younger sister. The one problem that she faces everywhere is that she is mistaken to be a boy because of her looks.
Situation leads Sammy to work with Harry thinking that she is a boy. Desperate for a salary, she acts like a boy. Things get confusing for Harry when he seems to be attracted to Sammy even though she is a boy according to him. Does he find out the truth about Sammy? Will Sammy reveal her true identity? will be the further story of the new series.
Puthuyugam will be airing this series on every Monday to Friday at 7.00 Pm with a repeat telecast at 10.00 pm daily. The Korean series has carved a niche among the youngsters and elite audience in the Tamil Nadu market and its popularity is growing day by day and series after series.
