Mumbai: JioStar has named Raghava Vaidyula as Executive Vice President – Telugu.
In his new role, Raghava will oversee strategic, operational, and content initiatives for the Telugu business across JioStar’s platforms.
Prior to joining JioStar, Raghava served as Business Head at Star MAA, where he spent over nine years in multiple leadership positions, driving growth and innovation in the Telugu entertainment segment. His earlier career includes more than 11 years at Gemini TV and a stint as Chief Editor at Asianet Communications.
With a rich background in media and business management, Raghava brings extensive expertise in leading teams, shaping content strategy, and managing multi-market operations. His appointment underscores JioStar’s focus on strengthening its regional content leadership and expanding its footprint in the Telugu-speaking market.
