Mumbai: Salesforce has launched the second phase of its brand collaboration with cricketing legend Rahul Dravid, unveiling a new campaign spotlighting Agentforce—its AI-powered solution designed to revolutionize sales, service, and marketing for businesses across India.
The campaign positions Agentforce as a transformational tool that empowers companies to deliver seamless, AI-driven customer experiences while strengthening engagement and accelerating growth. This follows the success of last year’s “Growing with India” campaign—Salesforce’s first major brand initiative in the country—reinforcing its core message: We help Indian businesses grow.
At the core of the campaign are two engaging digital films where Rahul Dravid steps into the shoes of everyday business owners—a motorcycle dealership operator and a resort manager. Each film showcases how Agentforce enables brands to anticipate customer needs, personalise communication, and autonomously act to drive satisfaction and business results.
“I’ve always believed that success, whether in cricket or business, is driven by consistency, adaptability, and the right strategy. This is what makes Agentforce so powerful. It is a transformative force, empowering our existing customers to excel in sales, service, and marketing with precision and trust,” said Rahul Dravid. “I’m proud to be part of a journey that’s helping Indian enterprises grow with clarity, confidence, and a commitment to excellence.”
The digital-first campaign will be amplified through high-impact outdoor activations in corporate hubs across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore, with full branding on 1,000 cabs in each city, bus wraps in Bangalore, and a multi-format print push. The campaign also leverages LinkedIn and includes an immersive mixed-media format, combining print and animation to create a more interactive viewer experience.

“With this campaign, we’re taking our promise to Indian businesses a step further. Salesforce is committed to being their most trusted partner in driving smarter growth through innovation. Agentforce is more than just a product—it’s a reflection of our deep understanding of what Indian enterprises need to scale sustainably and competitively,” said Nipun Sharma, Senior Director – Marketing, Salesforce India. “Just as Dravid has inspired with his consistency and clarity on the cricket field, we aim to empower businesses to transform their customer experiences with the same confidence and precision.”
The creative strategy was developed by McCann, with a focus on making B2B marketing feel accessible, engaging, and human.

“When Salesforce came to us for Phase Two, we knew we had to up the game from our previous ‘Growing with India’ campaign. B2B marketing doesn’t have to be boring, and our work for ‘Agentforce’ is a reflection of how technology, when made accessible and human, can drive real change,” said Sambit Mohanty, Creative Head (North & South), McCann. “Also, with Dravid on board, we had the perfect blend of authenticity and relatability to convey this message wittily.”
