With over 13 years of experience in communications, Hepsibah has spent the last eight years at Razorpay, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s external narrative and reputation. She has led key initiatives across reputation management, crisis communications, and integrated brand messaging—contributing significantly to the company’s rise as a trusted fintech brand.
Prior to joining Razorpay, Hepsibah held key roles at Myntra and leading PR firms including Adfactors PR and Genesis BCW, managing communication strategies for clients across technology, fintech, and consumer sectors.
In her new role, Hepsibah will spearhead all external communications at Razorpay, working closely with the leadership team to strengthen the brand’s narrative and foster deeper engagement across the fintech ecosystem.
