New Delhi: Redcliffe Labs has announced the appointment of Vijay T. S. as Chief People Officer (CPO), reinforcing the company’s focus on strengthening its organizational capabilities as it expands its diagnostics and preventive healthcare footprint across India.
In his new role, Vijay will lead the company’s people strategy across talent management, leadership development, organizational culture, performance excellence, and capability building to support Redcliffe Labs’ long-term growth and operational objectives.
An ISB alumnus, Vijay brings over 28 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare, edtech, technology, manufacturing, and global business environments. Throughout his career, he has worked across human resources, organizational development, business operations, change management, talent strategy, and leadership capability building.
Prior to joining Redcliffe Labs, Vijay served as Chief People Officer at CureBay, where he led organizational design, leadership hiring, performance-linked rewards, and policy frameworks to support the company’s rural healthcare expansion initiatives. Earlier, he spent nearly eight years at Chegg as Managing Director – India, overseeing a significant phase of operational growth and organizational scaling.
His previous leadership stints at DuPont, Birlasoft, and Hyundai Motor India further strengthened his expertise across HR transformation, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, capability building, and strategic business partnering.
