Mumbai: RSWM Limited, the flagship company of the LNJ Bhilwara Group and one of India’s largest textile manufacturers, has appointed Rajeev Gupta as its new Chief Executive Officer. With more than 30 years of transformative leadership across various industries, Gupta brings extensive expertise in operational optimization, strategic vision, and technological advancement.
Gupta, known for his proficiency in driving operational excellence, has successfully implemented Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and TQM methodologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity. His previous leadership roles at renowned organizations like Reliance, Trident, and Vardhman saw him lead initiatives that resulted in substantial EBITDA and revenue growth in the textile, home textile, and pulp & paper industries.
In his new role, Mr. Gupta is set to accelerate RSWM Limited’s transformation initiatives, particularly in leveraging advanced technologies to improve operational efficiencies. His strategic approach is expected to strengthen RSWM’s reputation for innovation, helping the company stay ahead in an industry marked by rapid changes and evolving consumer demands.
