New Delhi: Ruder Finn, an independent communication and integrated marketing firm, has strengthened its leadership team in India with the elevation of Shivaram Lakshminarayan to Managing Director and the appointment of Malvika Sinha as Chief Client Officer.
Shivaram, who has led Ruder Finn India’s operations for nearly two years, will continue to drive business growth and guide the agency’s innovation agenda, with a particular focus on AI and integrated marketing solutions. Malvika Sinha, a seasoned communications leader, will support him in her new role as CCO, overseeing client strategy and integrated solutions for India.

Atul Sharma, who led Ruder Finn India previously, will be leaving the group. Bloomgarden thanked him for his contributions, while Sharma reflected, “It has been an absolute honor to lead and build the Ruder Finn group in India and the Middle East. Shivaram joined Ruder Finn India in 2024 as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing client solutions and new business initiatives. He has been instrumental in integrating technology, data analytics, insights, and storytelling into the agency’s operations.
Malvika Sinha, who joined Ruder Finn in 2022 as Senior Vice President leading the Technology Practice, brings nearly two decades of experience in shaping integrated communications for global brands across agency and in-house roles.
