Mumbai: Sony Pictures Networks India today announced that Manu Wadhwa will transition from her role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to Strategy Advisor, effective July 1, 2026. The move marks a strategic shift as the company continues to evolve its leadership structure to support future growth.
In her new role, Wadhwa will work closely with the leadership team on key strategic priorities, drawing on her deep institutional knowledge and extensive experience in organisational transformation.
Over the past seven years at SPNI, Wadhwa has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s people and organisational agenda during a period of significant change. She has been instrumental in aligning HR more closely with business strategy, enhancing leadership capabilities, and modernising performance and rewards frameworks.
Her tenure also saw her contribute to major organisational transitions, including leadership changes and structural realignments, while fostering a culture that balances high performance with inclusivity.
With prior leadership experience at global organisations such as GE, American Express, and Coca-Cola, Wadhwa has brought a strong global perspective to SPNI, helping shape it into a more agile and future-ready organisation.
