Mumbai: Sony Sports Network (SSN) has announced a packed cricket calendar under its new campaign, ‘Goonjega India’, bringing together an extensive run of Team India matches from May 28 through Diwali.
Positioning itself as the home of Indian cricket this season, SSN will broadcast 10 major India series across television, with nine also streaming on Sony LIV. The line-up includes marquee bilateral tours, multi-nation tournaments, and key continental events, offering fans a near continuous stream of cricket across formats.
The calendar kicks off with the India Women’s Tour of England, featuring three T20Is and one Test between May and July. This will be followed by the highly anticipated India Tour of England in July, comprising five T20Is and three ODIs, available exclusively on Sony Sports Network.
The season continues with the India Tour of Sri Lanka in August and the India Tour of New Zealand across October and November. Additionally, cricket fans can look forward to action from the 2026 Asian Games, where both men’s and women’s T20 competitions will take place from September 17 to October 3.
Further strengthening the schedule are major ACC tournaments including the Women’s Asia Cup 2026, Men’s Rising Stars Asia Cup 2026, U19 Men’s Asia Cup 2026, and U19 Women’s Asia Cup 2026.

Commenting on the announcement, Rajesh Kaul, Chief Revenue Officer and Business Head, Sports and International, Sony Pictures Networks India, said, “Cricket remains the biggest force in India’s sporting culture, and with Goonjega India, we are bringing fans an extraordinary run of Team India action from May 28 to Diwali. From the Women in Blue’s England tour to the men’s marquee clashes in England, Sri Lanka and New Zealand, alongside the Asian Games and major ACC tournaments, this is one of the most compelling cricket line-ups on Indian television. Sony Sports Network is proud to be the home of this marquee cricket season.”
To amplify the campaign, Sony Sports Network has launched three high-energy films celebrating the scale, emotion, and intensity of the cricket season. These films highlight the non-stop action beginning with the Women in Blue’s England tour, followed by the men’s England series, subsequent tours, and culminating in a Diwali blockbuster clash in New Zealand.
One of the films, titled “Ground Tumhara Jeet Humari Part 2,” builds anticipation for the India Tour of England by revisiting past rivalries and setting the stage for a high-stakes contest, underlining the enduring competitive intensity between the two sides.
With ‘Goonjega India’, Sony Sports Network aims to deliver one of its most comprehensive cricket offerings yet, blending marquee fixtures with storytelling-led engagement to deepen fan connect throughout the season.
