Moneka Khurana to scale MMA’s global research, marketer capability-building programmes as MMA India MD

Mumbai: The Marketing + Media Alliance (MMA) today announced the promotion of Moneka Khurana to Managing Director, MMA India. The appointment reflects India’s increasing importance within MMA’s global growth strategy and gives Khurana expanded responsibility for advancing the organization’s market agenda.

Khurana has played a central role in strengthening MMA’s presence in India, developing strategic member relationships, expanding industry partnerships, and building platforms that engage the country’s marketing, media, and technology leadership.

“Moneka has built a platform the industry genuinely trusts — one that’s delivered real, sustained value for its members. Her marketing acumen, strategic thinking, and collaborative style have made MMA India a credible force in this market.” said Amit Jain, MMA India Chair – Sanofi CHC India & Collective News Room & Advisor Private Equity. “In her expanded role as Managing Director, she’s exactly the right leader to take MMA India’s mission of advancing marketers ability to create value further.”

Her mandate will include scaling MMA’s global research, marketer capability-building programs, MMA Think Tanks, industry events, and leadership initiatives for the Indian market. She will also deepen engagement with CMOs and senior marketing leaders, ensuring that India contributes more actively to MMA’s global agenda while benefiting from the organization’s international knowledge, tools, and community.

India represents a significant opportunity for MMA as brands respond to rapid advances in artificial intelligence, commerce, media, data, and marketing effectiveness.
