Stage set for Print and Television Summit and Clutter Cutters Marketer Awards 2023

Bengaluru will host the first edition of MediaNews4U’s Print and Television Summit, followed by the inaugural Clutter Cutters Marketer Awards 2023 today, November 29.                   

Shashi Sinha, CEO – India, IPG Mediabrands & Chairman, BARC will deliver the keynote on ‘Criticality of TV measurement in the age of convergence’.

A Man for All Seasons

In a fireside chat, Anup Chandrasekharan,  COO – Regional, IN10 Media Network will engage HR Ranganath, Chairman and Managing Director, Public TV, on his journey from being a journalist to building a credible and sizeable Kannada news channel, Public TV. The session is titled: ‘A man for all seasons – Timeless journey’.

Monetising Digital Feeds of News Channels

Pankaj Krishna, Founder & CEO, Chrome DM, will speak on ‘How to Best Monetise the Digital Feeds of News Channels’

Relevance & Influence of Traditional Media

The keynote representing print media will be presented by Deepak Saluja, CEO, Vijay Karnataka, who will also join a panel on ‘Relevance & Influence of Traditional Media’. The discussion will be moderated by Yesudas S Pillai, Founder, Y&A Transformation; Country Lead, Channel Factory; Strategic Advisor, Mathrubhumi Group. The panellists are Laya Menon, EVP, Business Head, Lodestar UM; Sripriya Swaminathan, Associate Media Director, Media Planning, OMD India; and Riya Maity, Head of Business of Broadcast & Media Solutions and Consumer Research, Chrome DM.

Cross Media Measurement

‘Unlocking Value Propositions with Cross Media Measurement’ will be the theme for another seminal discussion, moderated by Anand Charles, CEO, Bharath Media Entertainment Group. This will feature Saurabh Jain, President South, Havas Media;  Prady, CEO, NP Digital, India; Pankaj Krishna, Founder & CEO, Chrome DM; and Priya Iyer, COO – South, Initiative India.

‘Viable Business Models for the Convergence Age’

The concluding session of the Print and Television Summit will see speakers discussing ‘Viable Business Models for the Convergence Age’. It will feature Sathyajith Divakaran Nair, Senior General Manager – Digital, Manorama MAX; AnilKumar Sathiraju, Vice President, Growth Initiatives, Ants Digital; Kavitha Jaubin,  Vice President – Content & Strategy, Arha Media and Broadcasting; Sreehari Parameshwaran, Associate Vice President, Business Development & Alliances, Chrome DM; and Kiran Mandrawadkar, Business Head, Ethinos. The session will be moderated by V Umanath, Co-Founder & Managing Editor, MediaNews4U.com.

Clutter Cutters Marketer Awards 2023

The Summit will be followed by the Clutter Cutters Marketer Awards, starting at 5 pm.

A showcase of the Clutters Top 10 Marketers will be followed by a chat with some of them, delving into the making of some of the campaigns that cut through the clutter.

The evening will end with the reveal of the Clutter Cutters Marketer of the Year 2023.
