Bangalore : Following the success of Sixth Sense reality format on Star Maa, the Kannada version of the same is set for the launch in Star India’s Kannada Entertainment Channel Star Suvarna from Saturday 7th July at 9pm. Popular Kannada TV personality Akul Balaji will host the show.
Originally the celebrity game show ‘Sixth Sense’ was launched in Star India’s Telugu Entertainment Channel Star Maa, with Telugu actor and director Omkar hosting the show. Star Maa’s home grown Game show format is considered to be a first-of-its- kind show involving the unique senses of humans and explore their thinking abilities with minutely orchestrated nuances between the host and participating celebrities.Sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch are the typically recognized human senses, the show gives the experience of #SixthSense.
Launched on 31st of March the non- fiction show opened on Star Maa with whooping numbers that drove the channel to top the charts in Telugu GEC Space by registering 185 Mn impressions in that particular week, the show also recorded its first episode with 8.4 Mn viewers and highest launch TVRs of 9.1.
The launch of Kannada version of Sixth Sense with Akul Balaji has triggered huge expectations among the viewers.
