With over two decades of experience in India’s real estate sector, particularly across the dynamic NCR market, Mr. Bokolia is widely regarded as a strategic leader who blends data-driven analysis with strong on-ground execution. His leadership is expected to accelerate TDI’s growth while reinforcing its commitment to transparency and informed decision-making in the real estate ecosystem.
A Proven Leader with Pan-NCR Expertise

Known for his keen ability to interpret market data and consumer trends, Bokolia has consistently delivered strategies that optimize performance and unlock value across NCR’s rapidly evolving micro-markets. His insights span both established real estate hubs and emerging growth corridors, giving him an unmatched perspective on the region’s potential.
Advocate for Educated Buyers
Positioning himself as a strong advocate for informed and educated property buyers, Bokolia emphasizes the importance of research-driven decision-making in real estate investments. He has long championed the need for transparency and data-backed insights, ensuring that homebuyers and investors make choices rooted in facts, market trends, and long-term value rather than speculation.
This philosophy aligns seamlessly with TDI Infracorp’s vision of enhancing customer-centricity and delivering projects that not only fulfill lifestyle aspirations but also instill long-term financial confidence.
Data-Driven Thought Leadership
Under Bokolia’s stewardship, TDI Infracorp aims to adopt a data-first approach to growth. By leveraging market research, predictive analytics, and consumer insights, the Group plans to stay ahead of demand cycles, optimize its project pipelines, and deliver sustainable, future-ready developments.
Commenting on his appointment, Bokolia said, “I am honoured to lead TDI Infracorp at such a transformative moment. NCR is one of the most competitive and dynamic property markets in India, and success here depends on foresight, transparency, and execution backed by data. My goal is to strengthen TDI’s position as a trusted partner for buyers while driving sustainable growth across residential, commercial, plotted development, and mixed-use segments.”
