The 4Ps that we will focus on in 2021

Our biggest asset is our workforce and it’s important to keep them motivated and provide them with Meaningful Employment.
In 2020 we acquired a lot of new talents. Sanchita Roy joined for managing our West operations. Hari Nair and Vishnu Gopal strengthened our digital offerings in South. NishantShekhar took over our data discipline and Farah Bashir took over the intelligence and insights vertical.
2021 will see even more human capital infusion. We have re-aligned our teams to deliver on our global Mx philosophy.
We even enhanced the roles of a few key senior people like Uday Mohan and R Venkat. All this shows our focus on our key assets.
This year too, we will keep bolstering our 3 key pillars of Strategy, Digital and Data with more resource additions.
We are making our organization future ready.
Our product is one of our biggest differentiators.
We have been propagating the Meaningful Brands philosophy for the last 10 years and now everybody seems to be talking about Purposeful Communication. Our Mx philosophy is at the core of our offering and it helps us create Meaningful Experiences for our clients’ consumers through Meaningful Media deployment.
2021 will see a far higher focus on our core products. We will enhance our Digital presence across markets and will also be launching a few specialist offerings in that domain.
While 2020 was a tough year, we had a good run on the new business front. We won the largest pitch that happened – Domino’s besides many other wins like Smule, Dr Reddy’s, ACC, Gamezy, Seedworks, British Council, Gitam University, MyGate and some others.
2021 will see a much higher focus on the new business front. We are already in the midst of 4/5 pitches and this momentum will only increase with time.
Passion is at the bed-rock of all that we do. We will ensure that it will continue to flow like blood in our veins so that it keeps motivating us to contribute meaningfully towards the growth of the organization.
