The Qode enters India to bolster its global luxury brand communications presence

Mumbai: The Qode, the Dubai-headquartered communications agency specialising in luxury fashion, watches & jewellery, beauty, hospitality, automotive, and lifestyle, has announced its entry into India with the establishment of a dedicated presence in Mumbai, marking a significant milestone in its global expansion.

Founded in 2010 by Dipesh Depala and Ayman Fakoussa, The Qode has built a strong reputation for shaping brand narratives across the Middle East and GCC markets. The agency offers expertise across strategic communications, large-scale events, partnerships, and talent management, and has worked with leading global luxury groups including Richemont, LVMH, Kering, Estée Lauder, L’Oréal and Marriott International.

As a partner agency of The Independents, a global ecosystem of agencies spanning research, strategy, communications, design, production and distribution, The Qode operates with a culture-led approach to brand building across international markets.

The agency’s entry into India builds on its long-standing engagement with the market, having previously led strategic campaigns for international brands entering India while also supporting Indian brands expanding into the Middle East. This cross-market exchange has laid the foundation for its formal expansion.

With a dedicated Mumbai-based team, The Qode aims to further integrate into India’s cultural and media landscape, offering a comprehensive suite of services including communications, partnerships, events, and talent-led brand building—both locally and across its global network.

Dipesh Depala, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of The Qode, said, “India represents one of the most compelling markets globally today.
