Mumbai: Yash Raj Films (YRF) has appointed Arjun Banerjee as the Head of YRF Talent, the studio’s talent management venture, as it looks to strengthen its presence in India’s talent and entertainment management ecosystem.
Banerjee joins YRF with extensive experience across talent management, live entertainment and artist partnerships. In his new role, he will report to Akshaye Widhani, Chief Executive Officer, Yash Raj Films, and lead the growth of YRF Talent as the company expands its talent management business.
Before joining YRF, Banerjee spent more than three years with Collective Artists Network. Prior to that, he was associated with Exceed Entertainment for nearly a decade, where he held key leadership positions including Head – Talent & New Ventures and Head – Live Business. During his tenure, he played a significant role in managing artist relationships while helping expand the company’s entertainment and live events business.
The appointment underscores YRF’s ambition to build a stronger talent management vertical alongside its film and entertainment businesses, as competition intensifies across India’s creator, celebrity and artist management landscape.

YRF Talent currently manages a roster of leading actors including Rani Mukerji, Ayushmann Khurrana, Ahaan Panday, Aneet Padda, Sharvari, Sonam Kapoor, Vaani Kapoor and Shreya Chaudhary.
