Mumbai: Trupeer AI, the workflow knowledge layer built for teams and AI agents, has announced the appointment of Raghu Subramanian as President and Chief Business Officer, marking a strategic leadership addition as the company enters its next phase of global enterprise expansion.
Backed by RTP Global and Salesforce Ventures, Trupeer AI currently serves more than 50,000 teams across over 100 countries and supports knowledge delivery in more than 120 languages. The company is expanding its presence across global markets, Fortune 500 enterprises, SaaS companies, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and technology-enabled business services organisations.
Raghu joins Trupeer following a distinguished career in enterprise technology and automation. He was part of the founding management team at UiPath and played a pivotal role in scaling the company from an early-stage business into a publicly listed global automation enterprise. Over a career spanning more than 25 years, he has led business expansion across enterprise software, business process management, automation, and AI adoption initiatives.
At UiPath, Raghu established the company’s India operations in 2016 and later served as President & CEO for India and APAC. Prior to that, he held leadership responsibilities including serving as CTO at EXL Service.
In his new role, Raghu will lead Trupeer’s commercial growth agenda globally, focusing on expanding enterprise adoption and strengthening partnerships across strategic markets.
Trupeer’s platform converts unstructured and multimodal workflows into structured operating knowledge including SOPs, training content, guides, studio-quality videos, and AI-ready context designed to support employees and intelligent agents.

Commenting on the appointment, Shivali Goyal, CEO and Co-Founder, Trupeer AI, said, “Raghu has spent decades helping organisations adopt and scale transformative technologies and brings deep experience in building enterprises globally. Having seen first-hand the challenges enterprises face in organisational knowledge and agentic AI enablement, Raghu immediately resonated with our vision and the momentum Trupeer has built globally. His expertise will help us strengthen our commercial capabilities, deepen partnerships, and unlock the next phase of growth at Trupeer.”
Raghu Subramanian, President and Chief Business Officer, Trupeer AI, said, “Enterprises have long struggled to get real value from AI, and the reason is fragmented context. The knowledge that makes AI useful sits trapped in people’s heads and scattered across tools. In the agentic AI era, where agents are only as good as the context they run on, that gap becomes the difference between AI that works and doesn’t. This is the gap Trupeer was built to close. I look forward to partnering with enterprises and organisations across the globe to build the context layer that makes enterprise knowledge structured, accessible, and actionable, and AI genuinely useful.”
The appointment comes at a time when enterprises are shifting from AI experimentation to large-scale deployment and increasingly focusing on knowledge readiness as a critical enabler of AI outcomes.
According to Gartner projections cited by the company, while 40% of enterprise applications are expected to embed task-specific AI agents by the end of 2026, a significant share of AI projects may fail due to gaps in data and knowledge infrastructure.
