Chennai: TVS Capital Funds (TCF), a private equity firm empowering India’s entrepreneurs, appoints Chandrasekar V (Chandra) as Partner, Research. Chandra, with over two decades at McKinsey & Company, excels in building and leading high-performance research teams.
At TCF, Chandra will enhance research, drive data-driven insights, and support decision-making for investing activities.
Chandra led a large research team at McKinsey, overseeing projects globally and supporting talent, clients, and operations. Specializing in the TMT sector, he offered technical guidance to McKinsey teams worldwide.
Chandra spearheaded the establishment and expansion of Client Capabilities Hubs in Chennai and Bangalore at McKinsey, now totaling nearly 300 professionals like analysts, data scientists, and solution builders. In this position, he directed long-term strategy, promoted inter-team innovation, and upheld the hubs’ significance in supporting worldwide clients.
