Neeraj Gera brings over 25 years of global experience in business and operational leadership across IT services, GCCs, and tech platform companies. His previous roles include Chief Operating Officer for Genpact’s BFS vertical and President at TBO.com, where he played a pivotal role in scaling international growth and contributing to its unicorn IPO. At upGrad Enterprise, he will drive capability and delivery to enhance learner outcomes and industry impact.
Neha Prasad Mullick, with over 20 years of expertise in transformation across industries, will spearhead customer success and go-to-market strategies in North America. She has previously led large-scale transformation programs across the Energy & Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Publishing, and Technology sectors. Her focus will be on strengthening product-market fit and industry-specific skilling solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
