A creator can mean many things to many people. For someone like me who has not been in sync with Hindi cinema through the years, only a few standout films remain fresh in memory. Fewer still are in the comfort-watch zone. Parineeta remains one of them. One learns from ad landers that the prolific ad filmmaker was indeed a gem. RIP Sir. Or dada, as the industry refers to him.

Back then, for us Delhi types, he was the only ad filmmaker in town. You couldn’t call yourself a Delhi ad creative if you hadn’t worked on Dabur. Or with Dada.

Patna railway junction was in the news and so was porn star Kendra Lust, for featuring on the digital OOH screen on one of the platforms for under three minutes, according to multiple media reports. Social media posts meanwhile, showed us what was played out on that screen – an explicit scene from one of her porn flicks. The agency has been booked and the contract terminated, we learn. When will the powers that be realise that if they can stop the common citizen from being harassed, they would have won him or her over? This is an issue that banks perhaps cannot address but a government can with a few stringent measures. And, if a bank can indeed take a stand on this issue, it would have scored spectacularly too.

I am facing similar condition with @HDFC_Bank. Some person 10 years back took the loan & defaulted. And they just have a phone number which has been issued to me 7 yrs back. But fm Last five year I kept getting calls & msgs from customer care to pay up the loan amount.

Same with @ICICIBank some unknown fraud guy took a credit card and used my phone number and he didn't pay the bill, bank people are calling me every day for payment, they are not registering a complaint also and I don't even know that guy.
