Colombo: WSO2 has announced the appointment of Navneet Kaur as Vice President and General Manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. In this pivotal role, Navneet will oversee the company’s operations and strategic direction across India, SAARC, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), Japan, and Korea.
Navneet’s appointment aligns with WSO2’s mission to accelerate digital transformation and enterprise modernization throughout the APAC region. She will be responsible for driving regional growth, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering enhanced value to customers and partners across industries.

Navneet brings over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, with a proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives across APAC markets. She has held senior roles at leading firms including Salesforce, MuleSoft, Sterlite Technologies, and Capgemini (Aricent)—where she spearheaded transformative growth, built agile teams, and delivered customer-first digital solutions.
Her appointment comes at a time when India and broader APAC economies are undergoing rapid digital acceleration, with enterprises and public sector entities shifting toward cloud-native technologies, modern infrastructure, and API-first strategies. WSO2’s open-source and SaaS offerings in API management, integration, and identity & access management have seen increased adoption across sectors such as BFSI, telecommunications, and government.
Navneet’s leadership will be key to unlocking growth opportunities and helping organizations across the region build secure, scalable digital experiences.
