Reaching out and facilitating is a tradition at Asianet News Network. Last year Asianet News and its employees went beyond the call duty and assisted the State authorities in relief operations. This determination and commmitment was lauded by the citizens.

Abhinav Khare Group CEO Asianet News Media and Entertainment Pvt Ltd said “We are deeply saddened by the on-going situation in Karnataka. This is the second time in a row that nature has shown no mercy on the people of Karnataka. We assure you that during this tragic time, like last year, Asianet News Network will demonstrate responsible journalism. So far, Suvarna News and Kannada Prabha have sent 52 trucks full of relief supplies to flood-affected areas. We will keep assisting the affected by sending supplies and helping them connect with their near and dear ones. These are difficult times for the state. Hence, we request all those who are affected to stay strong and we appeal to others to support the situation as much as possible
