Zee Café’s The Greedy Closet features top television celebrities showcasing fashionable outfits from celebrity designers. Host Monica Dogra interviews the stars and gives viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the designers’ stores as the celebrities select their outfits.
This Saturday, 31st December, will have TV’s two actresses, Drashti Dhami and Surbhi Jyoti. At 7pm the Dil Mil Gaye actress will be seen with Payal Singhal, where the two will be seen conversing with Monica on their lives’ high and low moments. At 7:30pm audiences will witness, Surbhi Jyoti spilling some secrets from her journey and experience as she faces Monica in the rapid-fire game. Surbhi would be styled by Bollywood’s favourite designer, Neeta Lulla. With clientele including names like Priyanka Chopra, Aishwarya Rai and Deepika Padukone, she has designed the costumes for more than 200 Bollywood films including, Devdas, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Jodhaa Akbar. Neeta gives Surbhi her Cinderella moment too as she chooses a beautiful gown for her from her collection.
On Sunday, 1st January, at 7pm the duo of Ridhi Dogra and Payal Khandwala will accompany Monica; the two converse on their paths to success. Payal also plays the rapid-fire game with Monica. The next episode features, Mandira Bedi who amps up the drama in designer Namrata Joshipura’s classic one-shoulder red gown with a drape.
