YieldWiseX has announced the appointment of Sangeeta Shah as the Vice President of Legal and Compliance. The appointment is in line with the company’s vision to build cutting-edge PropTech investment platforms and further strengthen its senior leadership team. Having worked with brands such as Policybazaar.com, Cardekho.com, and A2Z group, Sangeeta is a seasoned Company Secretary with over 10 years of experience.
Sangeeta has a strong hold on fundraising, managing IRDA, DOT, MCA, SEBI, Stock Exchanges and RBI compliance matters, and obtaining various licenses and approvals required for several business models. She has expertise in offering legal advice, corporate advisory, working on private equity deals, and more. Her expertise will aid Aurum WiseX in scaling its products and offerings.
According tp statement issued by YieldWiseX, it has facilitated over Rs.275+ Crore of investments with fractional ownership products across Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune along with structured debt investment offerings.
