Breaking Bad, the 10-year-old show that has won 64 Emmy Awards and seven Golden Globes across seasons, and earned a huge following across the world, will be televised in Hindi for the first time, on Zee Cafe.
Given the show’s global success and critical acclaim, the channel is promoting the dubbed Hindi version as the ‘Baap of all shows’.
The channel is also driving home the fact that Breaking Bad had an IMDb with a rating of 9.5 (July 26, 2023).
It had started promotions fairly early for the show that will start airing on August 28, 2023.
Earlier this month, Zee Cafe launched a promo featuring the ‘Original Bad Man’ of Hindi cinema Gulshan Grover. In the quirky promo, he barges into the studio where the Hindi dubbing for the show is in progress, and demands a role.
