Byju’s reimagines cricket anthem using AI to wish Men in Blue

Come on India, Ghumao balla and let’s Machao some halla.

Byju’s has recreated its cricket anthem, made for the ICC Women’s World Cup last year, for the ongoing ICC Men’s World Cup using AI.

The film is a vibrant montage of photos and digital images to depict players and fans of the game in all corners of the country. It opens to a shot of Mumbai’s iconic Wankhede Stadium and from there showcases the love of cricket in all corners of the country – be it a small television sitting on a tree branch airing the match to people in stadiums taking in the action of a game.

And in this, their excitement and passion for the game translates through the catchy ‘Ghumade balla, machade halla’ song.

A version of the anthem was also used for the ICC T-20 World Cup campaign in 2022.
