Before joining hotstuff medialabs, Debasmita was self-employed as a Content Specialist between 2021 and 2024. Prior to this, she associated with Genesis BCW from 2019 to 2020. She started her career as Senior Associate at Ideosphere since 2018.
With an extensive experience, Debasmita has expertise in Copy and Content Strategy, Creative Thinking, Responsible Communication and Strategy. She did a BA degree in Economics at Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce.
