Mumbai: Yash Raj Films (YRF) has appointed talent management veteran Zena Kotwal as the Head of Management & Strategy for YRF Talent, strengthening the leadership team of its talent management division.
Kotwal brings over 18 years of experience in the talent management industry, including more than a decade at leading management firm Matrix. During her tenure, she worked closely with some of the entertainment industry’s most prominent names, including Vicky Kaushal, Karan Johar, Farhan Akhtar and Triptii Dimri.
Over the course of her career, Kotwal has played a key role in shaping the careers of several successful artists, earning the trust of talent, industry leaders and cultural influencers.
