Ranjith Kumar M joins Jazeera Airways as Head of Marketing and Customer Excellence

Ranjith Kumar M has joined Jazeera Airways as Head of Marketing and Customer Excellence. He previously worked for Air India Express as Head of Marketing, Digital & E-Commerce.

Sharing the new role on his LinkedIn handle, Ranjith wrote, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head – Marketing and Customer Excellence at Jazeera Airways!”

Prior to Air India Express, Ranjith associated with AirAsia India as Sr. Manager of Marketing, Digital and E-Commerce between 2020 and 2023. Before this, he served for AirAsia in leading marketing roles for nearly 9 years (2010 to 2020). Previous to this, he worked for Cavinkare as Product Manager from 2009 to 2010.

Before joining Cavinkare, Ranjith was with Fresh & Honest Café as Assistant Manager of Marketing between 2007 and 2009. He started his career as Executive at Revival Hotels since 2005.

Ranjith brings to the table his 17+ years of professional experience. He has been creating and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth, customer loyalty, and brand awareness. He completed PGPSM in Sales and Marketing from Indian Institute of Management.
