FCB Group India has appointed Aarti Nagpal as Chief Talent Officer. Aarti brings extensive expertise in culture-building, business partnering, organizational transformation, compensation and benefits, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
In her new role, Aarti will spearhead FCB Group India’s talent strategy, promoting a culture of continuous growth, collaboration, and innovation nationwide. With a strong background in managing diverse teams across advertising, retail, and entertainment, she has successfully led global and regional initiatives, enhancing organizational capabilities through cross-cultural collaboration.
