Mumbai: Fortis Hospitals Mumbai, Greater Mumbai’s largest hospital network, has launched an innovative and impactful campaign, ‘#FirstCallFortis,’ to emphasize the importance of timely medical action during emergencies. The campaign aims to make Fortis Hospitals’ emergency helpline number, 022-4111 4111, easily accessible to Mumbaikars, ensuring swift, expert care across its extensive network in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Through the campaign, Fortis Hospitals addresses a key challenge: the lack of easily accessible emergency contact numbers in critical situations. By promoting the easy-to-remember number, 022-4111 4111, Fortis aims to minimize delays in emergency care, which can significantly improve patient outcomes. The campaign uses a slice-of-life approach to resonate with everyday situations, reminding individuals of the need for prompt action in times of medical emergencies.

Dr. S. Narayani, Business Head-Fortis Hospitals Maharashtra, shared, “Through the #FirstCallFortis campaign, we are showcasing not just our capabilities as the largest emergency-prepared healthcare network in Greater Mumbai, but also the convenience of reaching out to us with an easy-to-remember number in times of medical emergencies. With an expansive network of four state-of-the-art hospitals across the metropolitan region, we are prepared to tackle emergencies of all nature. This integrated campaign hopes to get 022-4111 4111 on the speed dial of all Mumbaikars. This campaign is our promise to Mumbaikars that medical aid is just a call away.”

Fortis is using an industry-first CGI-based digital engagement approach in healthcare advertising, making the campaign stand out in the Indian healthcare segment. The multi-platform initiative includes digital ads, social media outreach, cinemas (Pushpa 2 screens), and OOH advertising (hoardings, lit boards, and pole kiosks). It also brings emergency preparedness to the community with live interactions, skits, and scenario-based demonstrations.

The brand is focused on reaching Mumbaikars of all ages by activating its campaign in schools, colleges, workplaces, places of worship, gyms, parks, bus depots, and railway stations. By bringing the campaign directly to communities, Fortis emphasizes its role as a leader in Level 1 trauma care and critical care services.

The integrated campaign aims to reach over 10 lakh households by World Health Day on April 7, 2025. Through this effort, Fortis Hospitals Mumbai is reinforcing the importance of emergency preparedness and ensuring that every Mumbaikar knows where to turn when every second counts.
