Hero Realty appoints Anuj Narang as Chief Sales Officer to Drive Growth and Expansion

Gurugram: Hero Realty, the real estate arm of Hero Enterprise, has appointed Anuj Narang as its Chief Sales Officer (CSO). With over 18 years of extensive experience in the Indian real estate sector, Narang brings valuable industry insights and a strategic sales mindset that will drive Hero Realty’s expansion plans across key markets.

Prior to joining Hero Realty, Narang served as the Vice President of Sales at DLF Ltd., where he played a crucial role in accelerating sales growth and enhancing customer engagement across multiple real estate segments. His expertise in real estate sales, customer relationships, and business development positions him as a key leader for Hero Realty’s future growth.

In his new role, Narang will oversee sales operations across India, with a primary focus on expanding the company’s footprint in NCR and other strategic markets. His leadership is expected to accelerate Hero Realty’s vision of offering world-class living experiences while reinforcing its legacy of trust and excellence.

Hero Realty, known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, continues to expand its presence in the Indian real estate market. The company’s flagship project, Hero Homes 104, is a premium residential development located in Sector 104, Dwarka Expressway, spanning 9 acres and comprising 8 towers with 1,144 units. The project has recently received an Occupancy Certificate (OC) and will soon be handed over to buyers.

In its push to strengthen its presence in the plotted development segment, Hero Realty launched Hero Earth, a dedicated vertical focused on projects across major North Indian cities. One of its key developments under this brand is The Ark, a 5-acre plotted development in Sector 85, Gurugram, which sold all 77 plots, generating approximately Rs 180 crore. Building on this success, Hero Realty has also ventured into the Sonipat real estate market through a strategic tie-up with the Spiti Group, marking the second project under the Hero Earth brand.

With Anuj Narang leading the sales team, Hero Realty is poised for significant growth as it continues to innovate and expand its portfolio, delivering premium residential experiences to customers across India.
