Mumbai: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP has announced a strategic alliance with CleverTap to revolutionize customer engagement and retention through AI-powered analytics, real-time insights, and omnichannel automation. This partnership aims to help businesses optimize interactions, improve customer loyalty, and accelerate digital transformation across key industries such as BFSI, retail, fintech, and e-commerce.

As businesses shift towards data-driven engagement models, the need for predictive analytics, hyper-personalization, and seamless customer experiences has never been greater. This collaboration will equip enterprises with scalable, AI-driven solutions that integrate seamlessly with their digital strategies.
