With over a decade of experience in compliance, due diligence, fraud investigations, and corporate intelligence, Dhananjay brings deep operational expertise and strategic leadership to his expanded role.
Since joining Alea Consulting, Dhananjay has played a pivotal role across multiple domains including client servicing, timely project delivery, international expansion, and high-stakes investigations. His work in managing complex assignments like hidden asset searches and fraud detection has been instrumental in strengthening the firm’s reputation for delivering value-driven risk advisory services.

Before joining Alea Consulting, Dhananjay worked with Gerson Lehrman Group, where he was responsible for managing stakeholders across domestic and international markets. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from IILM University, Gurugram, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He has also earned certifications in Anti-Corruption from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and Bridge2VC. In 2024, he completed a prestigious program on Effective Management of Service Sector Firms from IIM Ahmedabad.
