New Delhi: TCM Sports, a sports marketing company with a legacy spanning over three decades, has announced the appointment of Nobel Dhingra as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. The move comes as part of the company’s strategic roadmap to strengthen leadership and expand its footprint across international markets.
With operations rooted in the Indian subcontinent and the Middle East, and a growing presence in international sports management, TCM’s appointment of Nobel signals its commitment to unlocking new avenues of growth while continuing to shape the evolving sports marketing landscape.

Nobel Dhingra brings over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and category management, having held senior roles at industry giants including Dabur, Nestlé, PepsiCo, and MakeMyTrip. He has led initiatives for renowned brands such as Dabur Red, 7Up, Quaker Oats, and played a key role in MakeMyTrip’s digital growth. In 2023, he co-founded Vansaar, a fast-growing health and personal care startup, where he was instrumental in building the brand from the ground up.
A graduate of FMS Delhi, Nobel’s connection to sports is not just professional but deeply personal. A former youth cricketer from Chandigarh who played alongside several well-known names, he is also an avid golfer with numerous corporate team wins. His background in competitive sports complements TCM’s team-driven culture and passion for the game.
