Gurugram: Delhivery Limited, a fully integrated logistics provider, has announced the appointment of Suraj Saharan, Co-founder and currently the Chief People Officer, as a Whole-time Director on its Board, with immediate effect.
A founding member of Delhivery, Saharan has played multiple pivotal roles within the company since its inception. He initially led operations and was instrumental in Delhivery’s strategic entry into the full truckload logistics segment. In his current role as Chief People Officer, he has been responsible for shaping the company’s high-performance culture and overseeing its talent strategy during a crucial phase of growth and transformation.
Saharan holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. Prior to co-founding Delhivery, he held positions at Bain & Company India Private Limited, ICICI Lombard General Insurance, and the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).
His appointment as Whole-time Director reflects Delhivery’s continued commitment to strengthening leadership at the Board level, with a focus on long-term strategic development and operational excellence.
