Gurugram: Savills India, a global real estate advisory firm, has announced the appointment of Sumeet Bhatia as Managing Director, Capital Markets Services, effective immediately. Based in Pune, Bhatia will lead the growth strategy for one of the firm’s core business verticals, reinforcing Savills’ long-term commitment to scaling its presence in India’s dynamic real estate investment landscape.
With over 23 years of industry experience, including nearly two decades in real estate, Sumeet brings an extensive track record of closing landmark transactions across office, industrial, and capital markets. At his previous role with Cushman & Wakefield, he was pivotal in scaling the Pune operations into a 350+ member team, forging deep-rooted relationships with global occupiers and investors.
