Mumbai: Criteo (NASDAQ: CRTO), the global platform connecting the commerce ecosystem, today announced the expansion of its strategic partnership with Zepto, India’s fastest-growing quick commerce platform.

The collaboration, which began last year, focuses on scaling retail media campaigns to help brands enhance their media reach across the open internet, delivering a full-funnel, connected commerce advertising experience.

By leveraging Criteo’s advanced Retail Media Offsite platform, Zepto is extending its advertising capabilities beyond its app and website. This allows partnered brands to map user journeys across the open internet, re-engage shoppers with relevant, personalized ads, and drive measurable conversions. Through this AI-powered approach, Zepto is building on its rapidly growing shopper base and offering brands higher engagement opportunities through seamless, personalized targeting.

The partnership comes at a time when India’s quick commerce sector is projected to grow at an impressive 75–100% year-on-year, outpacing traditional retail. As quick commerce emerges as the preferred channel for convenience-driven consumers, platforms like Zepto are positioning themselves as crucial hubs for brands to engage users with diverse offerings. Criteo, with its AI-driven commerce media solutions, is playing a key role in bridging brands and audiences in this evolving landscape.
