Designed and developed by OnMobile in India, Buzzmo is aimed at transforming how Vodafone Qatar delivers value to more than 800 enterprise clients. The full-stack engagement platform integrates customer data, intelligence, and orchestration to drive personalised, multi-modal communication across channels at scale.
With Buzzmo, enterprises can launch AI-driven customer engagement campaigns in minutes, accelerating time-to-market and unlocking new revenue streams. It combines real-time personalisation with omnichannel capabilities across WhatsApp, RCS, Voice, SMS, Telegram, and Line. Its plug-and-play model enhances Vodafone Qatar’s existing enterprise stack, enabling the telco to move beyond traditional connectivity into scalable, intelligent business engagement solutions.
This rollout strengthens OnMobile’s decade-long partnership with Vodafone Qatar, underscoring its pivotal role in advancing enterprise innovation in the region’s digital economy.
