Mumbai: Lubrizol has announced the appointment of Abhishek Shrivastava as Managing Director – India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA). In this pivotal leadership role, Abhishek will spearhead Lubrizol’s growth and long-term commitment to the region, with a focus on supporting customer impact, propelling local innovation, strengthening regional manufacturing and supply chain capabilities, and nurturing the company’s standout talent.
Abhishek brings nearly two decades of industry expertise spanning business transformation, new business development, R&D, innovation, manufacturing technology, quality, and technical leadership roles. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President, Innovation and Decision Science at Lubrizol, where he led the development of innovation growth platforms, sustainable product solutions, and digital innovation capabilities.

As IMEA Managing Director, Abhishek will be responsible for driving Lubrizol’s regional growth strategy, advancing a local-for-local model, and enabling high-performing local teams. He will work closely with Lubrizol’s global and regional leadership to tap into market-specific opportunities and deepen engagement with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders across India, the Middle East, and Africa.
