With over 15 years of experience in technology leadership and digital product innovation, Gaurav will lead Emoha’s technology vision and innovation roadmap to enhance its eldercare ecosystem—integrating health, safety, convenience, and engagement through cutting-edge digital solutions.
A recognized technology leader, Gaurav Bagga has previously held key leadership roles at Pristyn Care, Paytm, HSBC, and CIBC, where he drove large-scale digital transformations and platform growth. His expertise spans technology strategy, product scaling, and user experience design. Gaurav was recently honored as one of BW Businessworld’s 40 Under 40 leaders (2025) and received the Engineering Leader Award in HealthTech at the 8th Edition of the India DevOps Show (2025).
