Mumbai: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has promoted Kritika Saxena to the role of Head of Marketing for India, strengthening its leadership bench as the company sharpens its brand and market strategy in the country.
In her expanded mandate, Saxena will lead TCS’ nationwide marketing strategy, with a focus on enhancing brand visibility and bringing greater cohesion to the company’s marketing efforts across key business segments. She will also collaborate closely with the India leadership team to drive priority initiatives, including the company’s flagship #AcceleratingIndia campaign, a programme she described as “close to my heart.”
Saxena brings extensive industry experience to the role. Before joining TCS, she spent 14 years at CNBC-TV18, where she served as Chief of Bureau for Mumbai & South India. During her stint at the network, she anchored several marquee programmes, including After the Bell and India Business Hour, and built a strong reputation as a leading business journalist.
Since moving to TCS, Saxena has played a pivotal role in reshaping the company’s corporate communications function. She was also instrumental in the launch of TCS Studios, the company’s in-house content and production unit aimed at strengthening brand storytelling and digital engagement.
