New Delhi: Rodic Digital & Advisory, the strategic advisory and digital transformation arm of Rodic Group, has announced the appointment of Varun Mundra as Chief Executive Officer – Technology. In his new role, Mundra will lead the company’s technology strategy, product roadmap, and AI-led solutions portfolio, focusing on building scalable digital businesses for infrastructure and public-systems transformation.

Varun brings over 13 years of expertise in scaling AI-first businesses across health tech, voice AI, fintech, and enterprise SaaS. Most recently, he served as Managing Director & Country Manager for Vara (Germany), a medical AI company focused on early cancer detection, where he established Indian operations from scratch with full P&L ownership. He has also held senior roles at Skit (formerly Vernacular.ai) and TOPXIGHT Research Labs, leading growth across AI SaaS ventures in capital markets, cybersecurity, and deep-tech domains.
He holds an International MBA from SPJIMR (India) and IESEG (France) and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Nirma University, with expertise spanning go-to-market strategy, strategic planning, team building, consultative sales, government business, and product management.
