Mumbai: Mayfair Housing, a real estate brand, has appointed Nitin Nagpal as its Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO), marking a strategic move to strengthen growth, brand stewardship, and market responsiveness as the group enters its next phase of expansion.
In his new role, Nagpal will oversee Mayfair Housing’s integrated sales and marketing mandate, focusing on revenue optimisation, market-led product positioning, pricing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and the development of resilient sales ecosystems across the group’s portfolio.

Prior to joining Mayfair Housing, Nagpal held leadership roles at Dosti Realty Ltd., where he served as Director – Sales, Marketing and Presales Sourcing, and played a key role in shaping HDFC Realty Ltd.’s residential and commercial verticals. He has been recognised with the CREDAI MCHI Golden Pillar Award for Marketing Specialist of the Year 2025.
