BIG FM’s Dream Makers 2025 honours Mumbai’s real estate visionaries at Conclave & Awards ceremony

Mumbai: BIG FM, a radio network, successfully hosted the third edition of Dream Makers – Realty Conclave & Awards 2025 at Sofitel, Mumbai. The event brought together prominent stakeholders from Mumbai’s real estate ecosystem for an engaging conclave followed by an awards ceremony recognising leadership, innovation and excellence across the sector.

The conclave opened with a keynote address by S. S. Murty, General Manager – MSME, Central Bank of India, who highlighted the critical role of financial institutions in enabling sustainable and long-term growth within the real estate industry.

The first panel discussion, ‘Residential Realty and its Growth in MMR’, was moderated by RJ Dilip, BIG FM, and featured Atul Razdan, Chief Marketing & Product Officer, BIG FM; Rajeeb Dash, Adani Realty; Deepesh Nirupam, Aspect Realty; and Sujit Singh, Raymond Realty. The panel explored evolving market dynamics, consumer expectations and key growth drivers in the residential segment, followed by a felicitation of the speakers and stakeholders.

The second panel discussion, ‘The Future of Real Estate in MMR’, was moderated by RJ Rani Jha, BIG FM, and included Nirdarshana Gowani, Gowani Group; Dhaval Sanghavi, Veena Developers; and Vikas Jain, Labdhi Group. The session offered forward-looking perspectives on infrastructure development, urban planning and innovation shaping Mumbai’s real estate landscape.

The evening then transitioned into the awards ceremony, with the ceremonial lamp lighting led by Ms Nirdarshana Gowani; Ms Mugdha Godse; and Mr Atul Razdan, formally marking the commencement of the Dream Makers Awards. Bollywood actor Ms Mugdha Godse graced the occasion and interacted on stage with RJ Dilip, applauding the award winners and their contributions towards building modern and sustainable cities.

The Dream Makers Awards honoured organisations and leaders across residential, commercial, construction and allied real estate categories, followed by a felicitation of the event sponsors.
