Mumbai: Real estate major M3M has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Nitin Singh as Head of Marketing, as the group sharpens its focus on brand building and integrated marketing strategies.
Singh brings with him over 16 years of experience across marketing, digital transformation, and brand communications, having worked across a wide spectrum of industries including FMCG, BFSI, education, technology, consumer electronics, luxury, and lifestyle brands.
Prior to joining M3M, Singh was Head of Marketing Communications at SUSHMA Group. Before that, he led marketing at Absolute Nutrition, where he played a key role in driving brand visibility and consumer engagement. His corporate experience also includes a stint as General Manager – Marketing at Franklin Aviation Services.
A significant part of Singh’s career has been rooted in advertising. He spent six years with DDB Mudra Group, where he handled large-scale client mandates and eventually served as National Client Servicing and Media Head. During this phase, he worked closely with marquee brands and developed expertise in integrated communication planning.
At M3M, Singh will be responsible for overseeing the company’s marketing and communication initiatives, with a focus on strengthening brand equity, accelerating digital outreach, and supporting the group’s growth ambitions in India’s competitive real estate market.
