Chennai: HCLTech, a global technology company, has entered into a multi-year partnership with The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC), the world’s largest ice cream company, to design, build and manage a future-ready IT infrastructure. As part of the engagement, HCLTech will deploy its AI Force platform to embed artificial intelligence across TMICC’s digital foundation in the coming years.
The partnership will see HCLTech integrate predictive analytics, enhance business process observability and prioritize user experience to deliver scalable and resilient IT operations globally. A key focus of the collaboration is TMICC’s transition from AIOps to a NoOps operating model, enabling zero-touch automation and agentic solutions for fully autonomous IT operations.
